Justin Flowers Financial (“we”, “I”) operates justinflowersfinancial.com. This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out the request form we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, and optionally your email address, along with the answers you select about your age, desired coverage, tobacco use, existing coverage and preferred contact time.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views and form submissions back to Meta so we can measure and target advertising.
How we use it
- To contact you about life and final expense insurance, by phone, text or email.
- To prepare quotes and, if you choose to apply, to submit an application to an insurance carrier on your behalf.
- To measure how well our advertising works.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is not distributed to other agents, lead buyers or marketing companies. The only parties who see it are Justin Flowers, the software he uses to receive and store leads, and — if you choose to apply — the insurance carrier you apply to.
Text messages and calls
By submitting the form you consent to be contacted at the number provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by SMS, about insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by calling (815) 342-6088.
Cookies and advertising
The Meta pixel on this site uses cookies to attribute website activity to advertising. You can limit this through your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, or through your device’s advertising controls. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the form or reach us by phone.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email jflowers@olympusinsure.com or call (815) 342-6088 and we will handle it. Missouri residents and residents of states with applicable privacy statutes may have additional rights, and we honor those requests regardless of where you live.
Data security and retention
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an access-controlled system. We keep lead records for as long as needed to service you as a client and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
